These Terms govern your use of FlySee (“the app”), developed by [Developer name] (“we”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple’sLicensed Application End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the EULA, the EULA prevails.
Not legal or tax advice
The app counts days of presence and compares them with rules you choose. It does not provide legal, immigration or tax advice. Rules differ by country, change over time and may depend on your personal situation. Information in the app, including rule descriptions and links to official sources, is provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm important decisions with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
Accuracy of data
Day counts depend on location data, photo metadata and your manual entries, which may be missing or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing your Log and correcting it where needed.
Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid auto-renewable subscription. Price and period are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it in violation of any law.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, text and rules database are owned by [Developer name] and protected by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including fines, visa refusals, deportation, tax assessments or other consequences of decisions made based on information shown in the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
