Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FlySee (“the app”, “we”), developed by [Developer name], handles your information. In short: your travel data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. We do not have servers that store it, and we do not sell or share it.
Data stored on your device
To count your days, the app stores on your iPhone:
- your Log: countries, dates of each Entry and exit, and any corrections you make;
- the Rules you track and your settings, such as passports, residencies and warning threshold.
If you enable iCloud, this data is synced between your devices through Apple’s iCloud under your Apple ID. We cannot access it. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Location
With your permission, the app uses your device’s location, including in the background, to determine which country you are in. Location is processed on the device and converted to a country and date. Coordinates are not sent to us or to any third party. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.
Photos
With your permission, the app reads the date and location metadata of photos in your library to reconstruct past trips. Photo contents are not analyzed, and neither photos nor their metadata leave your device.
Notifications
Warnings about approaching limits are scheduled locally on your device. No push notification server is used.
Analytics
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage events, such as which screens are opened and whether a permission was granted, using a privacy-focused analytics service. These events do not include your location, travel history, photo data or any information that identifies you, and are not used for advertising or tracking across apps.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. We only receive information from Apple needed to confirm your subscription status.
What we do not do
- We do not require an account.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal data.
- We do not show ads or use advertising identifiers.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes data stored on the device; data in iCloud can be removed in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

This website does not use cookies or analytics.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
